CELEBRATING EVERYWHERE2 MIN READ

One invitation. Every time zone.

When your favorite people live in different countries, a shareable invitation keeps the details close—even when everyone is far apart.

01

Give your day a clear place and time.

Write the venue’s local date and time clearly. If the wedding is in the Philippines, label the schedule as Philippine time (UTC+8). Guests planning travel or joining a livestream should not have to guess.

If you share an online meeting or livestream, include its time zone separately. Some guests may see a different calendar date at home.

02

Make travel details easy to find.

An accommodation section, full venue address, and map links can make a big difference to someone visiting from abroad. Add transport notes when you have confirmed arrangements.

Keep the information practical and current. If accommodation or transport is still being arranged, say so and update the website when plans are final.

03

Send one link, with a little personal note.

A digital invitation can travel through email, Messenger, WhatsApp, or a text message. Pair the link with a short personal message so guests know it came from you.

Ask guests to reply through the RSVP link, even if they have already mentioned their plans in chat. One response list is much easier to manage than conversations across several apps.

04

Bring the memories back together.

A shared photo album lets guests contribute the moments they captured. A QR code at the reception gives everyone an easy way to find it.

If you’re ordering your invitation from overseas, share your country and preferred consultation time. Love & Crafts works online, with consultations scheduled in Philippine time.
